Already have art? We can use a vector based high resolution art file without the need for the custom artwork fee. If created by an independent artist, we will also need a print release. These files can be emailed to proofs@rubiandlib.com. Please reference your order number in the subject line.
Please note, the drink ware is measured as filled to the brim. Stated ounces are intended to show approximate volume and are not an implied guarantee of exact volume. When in doubt size up.

PLEASE NOTE
Please have your pet posed in the direction you would like them illustrated. Any change requests to the custom illustration will incur a redraw fee. However text and layout changes receive 2 complimentary proofs.
PROOFS
The custom illustration fee is not refundable unless we have not started your artwork yet. Once our designers start the artwork process, the artwork fee becomes nonrefundable.
All proofs are sent within 48 business hours (not including weekends or holidays) via email. During busier times (holidays, wedding season, etc.) proofs may take longer to be created and sent.
